Coconut Mango Ice Cream🍦It’s gonna be hot AF this week so make sure you save this post so you can make this ice cream later. Super easy and no ice cream maker required

Ingredients:
* 2 cups mango chunks fresh or frozen
* 1/2 cup condensed milk
* 1/2 cup coconut milk
* 1 tbsp of any milk or water

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a container and cover it with a lid.
3. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a loaf pan, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap and foil.
4. Freeze for at least six hours. If freezing overnight, allow it to thaw on the counter for 45 minutes to 1 hour before scooping.
5. This step isn’t necessary because I was too lazy to do it myself lol. But to prevent ice crystals from forming you can whisk the ice cream every thirty minutes for the first two hours. Then put it back in the freezer.
6. Scoop & enjoy your ice cream!

I do two ingredients. Frozen mangos and Cold Canned Coconut Milk. Or Frozen Bananas and Cold Coconut milk

I freeze the fruits and the condensed milk before. No cream.
