3 ingredient mango ice cream 🤍

Healthy Mango Icecream

2 medium mangoes
100g yoghurt / hung curd
2 tsp honey

Freeze the mangoes for 3 hrs
Add into a blender along with other ingredients and blend into a smooth, fluffy paste.
Pour it into a steel or glass container. Cover it with a cling wrap and make sure the cling wrap touches the cream mixture to avoid any air contact.
Refrigerate it overnight.
Let it thaw for 5 minutes before you scoop it out.
Top it with mangoes and enjoy

I also just finished making mango ice cream with three different ingredients just in case you wanna try it the ingredients are listed below.
One mango puréed (can do more if you want)
One cup of heavy whipping cream (whip until thick)
A can of condense milk (more or less for your taste) and that’s it, freeze it overnight and it tastes soo good!!😊
