Makes 3 Eggs

Ingredients -

3 - Free Range Eggs
1 - Free Range Egg Yolk
60ml - Full Cream Milk
3 Slices - White Loaf Bread
50g - All Purpose Flour
3 Tbs - White Vinegar
750ml - Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

This looks absolutely delicious... At any given time of the day or night, I randomly declare that I want "eggs". What that means is 2-3 eggs, sunny side up with the white folded over the yolk, and placed in between two toasted slices of bread.

This here... This looks something special and I'll definitely have to try this ASAP.

TX for the video! Also, you earned yourself a subscriber with this. Excellent presentation and I absolutely love the simplicity along with the fact that you don't overflavor the eggs. When I do make this, I'll cook it exactly as you explain and simply flavor with salt and possibly some black pepper (which you also explain in some of your comments).

Lovely! I place my cracked eggs into a strainer and it removes all of the excess white liquid that causes all of the "Spider" effect in the water and gives a much better appearance once fried! I also salt mine immediately after the come out of the oil. These are wonderful on avocado and bacon toast!

This is really clever idea - thanks for sharing this! I can't imagine using this much oil for a breakfast treat, however we do often poach eggs as a way to mitigate the harshness of nightshades (tomato, eggplant, etc.) in our pasta/pizza dishes, and wow this would be an amazing variant. I'll give it a whirl :)

This is an awesome recipe, Chef! Just wanna ask if it's okay to season the flour dredge or the bread crumbs, since it seems that neither was seasoned in this video and I'm afraid that it'll taste bland.

What if you freeze the eggs and when it become solid you just dip it in flour egg wash breadcrumbs and then deep-fried it? Will it works??
