Thanks for teaching the correct way to swim, I was making lots of mistakes, after watching many tutorials I finally found this channel and learn about my mistakes, I was trying to hold breath while swimming, and now I am doing inhale - 3 stroke - exhale under water - head on side - inhale, that is very easy, another mistake was trying to keep my head above water and it was making trouble by sinking legs, corrected by head under water look at the floor, it make my legs float and I can splash water 🤣🤣 Very easy now 😁

I'm 44 and just started learning swimming after I came back from Maldives I feel comfortable when inside the water now. I spent $90 an hour with an instructor here but she didn't teach much, so now I found your vidoes are very helpful comparing to many other videos out there!
