I'm a triathlon swim stroke technique private coach, and you're the first person I've seen on Youtube that's accurately diagnosed the "knee bend" or "the wiggle kick" (as I call it) as an offshoot from a running/cycling background. I never thought of the sock drill, I'll use that in the future!

Ive been using the ZEN8 now for about 2 weeks and absolutely love it! I’ve noticed a world of difference when I go to the Pool now. Been doing 30 minute sessions on the trainer every other day and WOW! What a workout!

I just started learning how to swim recently. Plan on doing my second swimming lesson tomorrow. My furst lesson went good, just have to work on my swimming kicks.
