Wonderful! My laptop just suddenly started making me sign in with the microsoft account. Looked everywhere for how to change it back to local sign in. Concerned that would not be able to open it if no internet conection if it required that type of sign-in. You saved the day. Thank you.

So it seems like you still have access to all of the features that you had when you created your microsoft account in your local account. I've made a minor change in my newly created local account (added a txt file to my desktop)just to test this theory, and when I logged back into my microsoft account it was still there. Same thing happens when I do the reverse.

but my windows doesn't have the option (login to a Local Account Instead) or (Disconnect) and also I cant change/Remove my administrator Password of my Local account ...

Why use a local acct? Microsoft password "one more time" why do they ask this and it's not the same password as when I sign in?
