How to change system language on Windows 10

Here is the step of How to Change the Display Language in Windows 10.
1. click start
2. select settings.
3. click Time & Language.
4. Click on Language.
5. click the Add a preferred language button
6. select the language that you want to display.
7. Set as my display language
8. make sure you Install language pack
9. then you click the drop-down menu of windows display language, select the right language that you want ( same language as step 5)
10. sign out and sign in again to see the result.

Thank you very much this helped me a lot bc when I opened my laptop the language was Arabic “btw my first language is Arabic” but I had it on English bc e English is not confusing to me “while English is my second language but I read English faster than Arabic” but when I searched up I saw your vid on the first one up but then after that I saw your vid and it helped me alot

Awesome advice. I changed my language to Spanish to translate a letter. I didn't realize it was going to change everything to Spanish. I know some Spanish but not enough to change it back. So I ran to my go to in situations like this thank you this got me back to English. Whew...

I tried this but not all the options are there. For a start Language and Region are not separate, they are bundled together in the settings in this version of Windows 10 that I am using. Under Language it say whichever language you put at the top of the list will be the system language, however this doesn’t work and there is no way to set English as the main language, I even deleted Spanish from the list (only English in the list) but it still starts up in Spanish. Microsoft just can’t get their Operating System right after all these years, about 30 I reckon. Surely they could make it easier to customise, PC does stand for personal computer after all. Considering computers run on Logic, there’s not a right lot of that in the Microsoft team.
