This mini rebounder routine consists of 23 exercises. Each exercise is 1 minute. If the routine becomes too much for you at any point, you can slow it down. First time doing this. what a wonderful workout. Not bad for a 66 year old. Really enjoyed and and will do more and more. I live in Cape Town also next to the seaside

I return to this workout often. I like that the exercises do no repeat and that they ~mostly~ keep us bouncing on the rebounder.

Which rebounder is that? A lot of ones I'm seeing are getting bad reviews saying they just don't last. Which one to get?

I also love the rebounder!! I just bought mine this summer and do jumping workouts several times a week. I just turned 70 last month, so on several of the moves I used the safety bar, but I try not to grip it. I just need it for some balance at times. These were great moves, for I am sweating a lot right now. Thank you for sharing this. The instruction was excellent.

Just got my rebounder a couple of days ago. Just did my first "class" with you. I was able to follow the movements and keep up. A small miracle!! :)) Great class!
