Michelle I’m so glad I found you! I’m in love with trampoline workouts!
I used to be an overly serious runner and ended up having foot surgery because of it. I still run but not nearly like I used to. These trampoline workouts are gentle on my feet and I get the benefits of a run. You are awesome! I share you whenever I can :) :) :)

Michelle, I’ve done over 500 trampoline workouts in the last year and I have to say this is my absolute favorite of all times. I probably do it once every week or two. The choreography, the slow beat to the fantastic music and the upbeat feeling combining it all with weights is unbelievable. Thank you so much. I love this format. Choreography in the beginning and then jump timed intervals. Great music too! One of my favorite jump workouts!

I just found this one again and oh my gosh the music is phenomenal. The moves are a perfect workout for the trampoline with weights and the tempo! I could do this one three times a week and never get sick of it! Thank you so much.❤❤❤
