Here is my 30 Min HIIT Trampoline Rebounder Workout (Follow Along)). In this fun and challenging High-Intensity Interval Workout, we will be working for 45 secs with 15 secs of active rest. This workout has no repeats and no talking, except for the stretch at the end. We will challenge our cardio and coordination with almost no repeats, except if we are switching sides. Have FUN and take breaks at any time!:) Remember to keep your core tight and to push down into the rebounder! :)

That was AWESOME! Thank you so much. I started with one of your videos a few months ago and it was INTENSE for me, I’d just begun rebounding after 20 years of no exercise and an injury. I struggled! I’ve continued working out on the rebounder( a much gentler version of HIIT!) running and doing a yoga Pilates strength training fusion and I can finally keep up with you and I finished strong! I’m so stinking impressed with myself right now and truly can’t thank you enough for this exceptional workout. You kicked my butt and I LOVED IT ❤️ you are a Godess of fitness! 🙏🏼 ❤

I have tried so many trampoline workouts but yours are by far my absolute favourites! I've ended other videos and just come back to yours! Seriously love them!
Also, if anyone has commented that they prefer the non-talking ones, personally I love your instructional ones! Just saying, but either way you're fantastic!
