Here is my 30 Min HIIT Trampoline Rebounder Workout (Follow Along)). In this fun and challenging High-Intensity Interval Workout, we will be working for 45 secs with 15 secs of active rest. This workout has no repeats and no talking, except for the stretch at the end. We will challenge our cardio and coordination with almost no repeats, except if we are switching sides. Have FUN and take breaks at any time!:) Remember to keep your core tight and to push down into the rebounder! :)
