I agree with this. Realistically you would start with 1.04G and very very gradually increase it as the body gets stronger and would adapt to slightly higher G.

I have been thinking about artificial gravity, gravity training, ecetera. You can mimic the effects that gravity has by creating or using air pressure or using something like resistance bands that pulls your body towards a large mass such as earth to increase the effect of resistance . That's essential what gravity training is the resistance of the force of gravity.
Ps Probably a better more accurate way to put it.

Not really sure how gradual the increase in strength would be, if significant at all.
It was just a idea, maybe someday it could be tested.

You would have to increase your cardiovascular system to increase blood pressure. For your body to deliver all essential where it is necessary such as oxygen which is a great example because are bodies require it to survive.

Wait a sec can u do a video on how bones can get stronger through training because if you could gradually increase the gravity i would expect the bones would have a limit

Yes it will we just got start slowly at 1.1g

There is something called progressive overload. I probably can handle 1.4g. Average human with no training experiance can train at 1.05g.
