Thanks man. Fixed my problem. The phone been sitting for over a year, unable to turn on and they ask if i can fix it. So i managed to turned it on, format it and gets stuck here. Dont really need to connect wifi at the first time, just make sure to setup a 4 digit password first. On the second round (after rejection), connect to wifi and it will ask for existing password to bypass (the 4 digit password. And done. This video helped!
