Techniques covered:

⚡️. Slipping the Right Cross.

⚡️. Slipping the Left Jab.

⚡️. Duck Under the Right Hook.

⚡️. Duck Under the Left Hook.

Homework:

Wow thanks I just tried this and I did it perfectly almost. I couldn't get the foot angle right. Thanks for doing this in slow motion and showing your full lower body. I saved for practice. You broke down how to move your feet properly. Which help my brain connect the dots. Thanks again.

Excellent, BUT it would be more understood by beginner if you had a partner and demonstrated all this on live partner. Else, beginners think they understand, by visualizing your virtual partner, but after a while, in real lessons, beginners realize that they imagined it all wrong. Lesson to us: leave NOTHING to imagination. It is already hard enough for beginners to learn even basic fundamentals.
PS: I just saw a comments, below: "it's really clear". I should revise that comment to be more correct, from beginner's point of view: "it's really clear as mud".
