Hello everyone! Here’s a super easy grab and go breakfast or snack recipe for those who are trying to be healthy out there! Have it for breakfast or as a pre workout or post workout snack. These muffins are only 124 calories per cup, gluten and dairy free too.

Baked Banana Oatmeal Cup
3 cups Rolled Oats
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Bananas, mashed
2 large Eggs
1.5 cups Almond Milk (or any milk you prefer)
Chocolate chips for topping
350F for 20-25 minutes
