Happy Monday Everybody!
If you missed Week 1 of this Walk Challenge - no worries at all - you can just start fresh and new today, Monday Jan. 8! Every Monday is a fresh start so let’s get ready for a full and active week! Getting those muscles in motion, raising the heart rate and burning calories is still the best choice to keep a body healthy...and drop a few pounds! Please try to do Nick’s Bonus Burn every day, and those of you who are Advanced Walkers try adding, each day, the Bonus Burn from Week 1 too! Did we tell you we ❤️ hosting these challenges and ❤️ that you Walk with us? Just wanted you to know!

Here’s your Walk Plan for Week 2!
Monday - Jan. 8 - WALK - 3 Miles or 6,000 Steps or 45 Minutes
Tuesday - Jan. 9 - WALK - 1 Mile or 2,000 Steps or 15 Minutes
Wednesday - Jan. 10 - WALK - 3 Miles or 6,000 Steps or 45 Minutes
Thursday - Jan. 11 - WALK - 1 Mile or 2,000 Steps or 15 Minutes
Friday - Jan. 12 - WALK - 3 Miles or 6,000 Steps or 45 Minutes

I love this! I've been doing the walking exercises but not regularly. I love when I have a routine to follow and the bonus is great!

I just came across the New Year's Walk Challenge 2018 today. And right after my 3 mile walk with Leslie 20 minutes ago. I'm right on track. I only have to do 1 Mile tomorrow! WOO HOO!!!!

Thanks for the motivation. I did the first week. My 6 year old granddaughter did the 3 mile with me. It was the miracle miles. She was a trooper.
