It’s so EASY to follow along!
Just subscribe to this channel and we will give you the assignments for every week day - Monday through Friday!
For this challenge we take WEEKENDS OFF! But we know what happens to FIT PEOPLE …. they can’t take weekends off … they feel so good … they have too much energy to slow down …. they naturally keep active!
Here’s your Walk Plan for Week 1!
Monday - Jan. 1 - WALK - 2 Miles or 4,000 Steps or 30 Minutes
Tuesday - Jan. 2 - WALK - 1 Mile or 2,000 Steps or 15 Minutes
Wednesday - Jan. 3 - WALK - 3 Miles or 6,000 Steps or 45 Minutes
Thursday - Jan. 4 - WALK - 2 Miles or 4,000 Steps or 30 Minutes
Friday - Jan. 5 - WALK - 3 Miles or 6,000 Steps or 45 Minutes
