Happy Week 3 Walkers!

Monday - Jan 15 - 4 Miles (TRY 2 Miles in the AM - 2 Miles in the PM)
Tuesday - Jan 16 - 1 Mile (2,000 steps or 15 mins)
Wednesday - Jan 17 - 3 Miles (6,000 steps or 45 mins)
Thursday - Jan 18 - 2 Miles (4,000 steps or 30 mins)
Friday - Jan 19 - 4 Miles (8,000 steps or 60 mins)

Nick’s BONUS BURN segment this week is working those ABS - Tummy Tuck - Belly Slimming … you’ll love it!
Add the BONUS BURN sessions any day … everyday … ALL DAY!
No… not really ‘all day” just got carried away!

Ok guys week 3 day 1 done ! I did the 4 miracle miles walk ! Thanks so much again ! 60 minutes / 4 miles plus the bands

Week 3 days 2&3 done ! I had to talk myself into todays 3 miles but once i started I completed 4 plus boosted miles ! I am so glad I did !

I love your videos!!! I always laugh through them. My group is doing a plank challenge this month and we are planning on doing arms next month so this video was perfect for us! We are also doing a walking challenge of at least 1 mile each day this year. Last week a few of us followed your challenge. Thank you for nudging us to do more than just 1 mile. This bonus burn was awesome!!! I have walked with Leslie for over 20 years and love to see others leading and all the variety she offers FREE or at an affordable price.

I've lost 7 lbs in my first 3 weeks! That's exciting but more importantly is how much better I feel. Once this 6 week challenge is over I hope you start another one. Maybe an 8 week spring challenge? It's a very positive feeling to be connected to other walkers at the same time. Thanks for the motivation! Walk on!

I have the Purple Player on my phone and Roku I love it! So much variety. I did the 3 mile walk and firm yesterday. Plan to do the 4 or 5 mega miles today with my Miracle Miles band. Love that band it is fun and easy to use. Great job Nick you are so nice and really help me so much. Love your fun and great energy! 😊💖💖

Yes, Thank you for putting this out early-- or I happened to find it early! Luckily for me Monday is a holiday so I can actually try the double sessions. Will try it again on Saturday. Yes, Saturday works better for me than Friday. Let's rock this, People!!
