How to Stand Out in a Job Interview

Here is how you can stand-out on your next job interview. Today, I want to talk to you about why employers are not calling you back for job interviews. It's a crippling mistake that I see job seekers making over and over and over again. And the problem is they're blending in; they're looking like everyone else when they need to stand out in the interview. And when you look like everyone else, it makes it really difficult for an employer to distinguish you from somebody else. They don't have anything to remember you by.

You have to think about it, what can you do to stand out in your interview? When an employer brings in a group of people, let's say 10 or maybe 20 different candidates, and interviews them for a job, and when they all look the same, it makes the employers’ job really difficult to decide who they should hire.

Hi Don,

I got an interview yesterday.They told me it will be technical and Hr.But actually, The whole hour was about my character.I don’t know if I did will as for an hour I answered tons of questions.The 2 tech persons didn’t talk they keep always say she answered what I need to know in between her sentences

I introduced myself and when they talked to me about my experience for new tech.I replied that when I searched about their network and Got info that they moved to the cloud computing and explained by experience related to what I read

The 2 tech persons was completely silent

I sent the thank you mail and I will wait for 2 weeks for the result.

But it is normal that they didn’t ask me any tech questions
