@AThousandSpoons1 It also doubles as a finger groove. Many knives shape their clips that way for basic ergonomics.

Thank you very much for this video review. Because of it I have been a loyal Kershaw fan since. I have a Chive, Leek, Scallion RealTree Camo, Crypto, Zing, Blackout, Freefall and a Tanto all spring assisted. I have only ever had one of the springs break. If it does break send it back to KAI and the will fix and sharpen the blade for free, They are an amazing company. Their knives are rock solid.

Thank you so much for showing how it rides in pocket, including the coin pocket fit! For some reason, I haven't found that on any other reviews. Seems like it should be a key part of any POCKET knife review :)

@videoenthusiast23 Yes, as I had mentioned in the video, it has "speed safe" which is a spring assist system from Kershaw.
