The Leek features Kershaw's patented SpeedSafe technology. Give the ambidextrous thumb-stud a push and the knife takes over opening the blade the rest of the way. Question - the scales on the Leek are slippery when wet (sweat, water, other things). Is there an option for aftermarket Scales for the Leek with more grip?

The only thing I don't like about the Leek is the pocketclip. Same with the Chive. I would have bought both of them a long time ago if they had better pocket clips. Kershaw needs to redesign all of their goofy pocketclips.
