Done this done that been through multiple meds. None works only way to cure your depression, start jogging. Stick to new diet routines, and overall let all your negative thoughts be switched with positive reinforcement thinking. Just be kind and understanding. Stop eating junk food, candy, and just all around crap “food”. I lived with anxiety, depression, depersonalization, de-realization, for so many years! Once I actually started getting more active and eating more consciously and being courteous and nice to other people. Overtime everything just stopped.

How do you know if it’s activating cells “back to normal” if 99% of places doing TMS aren’t doing any analysis of the brain’s activity such as QEEG?
