Before messing around with all kinds of settings, just restart your phone. Mine was hanging on a low percentage, not increasing despite being on charge for hours. I tried different plug points, different plugs, different cables, different settings, blowing into the plugs and cables, nothing worked. I restarted my phone, then it immediately began charging normally.

i bought a new charging cable just yesterday and it was charging just fine up until it stopped working. i plugged the same charger into another phone and it worked just fine, it just doesnt work for my phone.I checked to see if other chargers were charging my phone and it was, just that particular charger wasnt charging.
