I don't know if you're like me, but I strive to hit 10, 000 steps daily, but there are days when I fall short. To achieve this daily goal I have found that bouncing on my trampoline is super effective, fun and easy! I hope this helps you get your steps in too! I've been rebounding for 8 yrs and this is in my top 5 favorite workouts. Love the music, simple consistent and precise movements for 1 minute each. Excellent workout! Would love to see more like this one. ❤️

My first time with this video. Easy but I could not jump at all so I just rebounded and side, front & back stepped & also leg curls with the music. I used lots of arm movements, military press, bow and arrow, staying alive, etc. It was a good workout for this 78 yr old bones and joints. Believe it or not, I sweat a lot.😂 I recently found out I have osteopenia on my left hip and lower spines and right hip osteoporosis so with my doc’s approval, I bought a bungee rebounder to strengthen my back, leg and thigh muscles to support my hip bones and spines. Started Jul 4th and so far so good. You are a good instructor and I will seek you out again. TY. 👍❤️

I am LOVING this class. I love the pace and simplicity of the movements, plus fun music. By round three I’m freestyling a lot of my own moves and have endorphins flowing!

I have been on both ends of the spectrum (just starting my fitness journey and looking for something to challenge me when I am at my best!).
