Thank you Lindsay Bushman! I've been doing this routine for years now. I have palindromic rheumatism so I find that many exercises that I used to love (lifting weights, running and even swimming) can cause me to have pain on the following days but not this workout :-), so I highly recommend it for people suffering from PR or rheumatoid arthritis. Although I only weigh 70 kg, I've also destroyed about three creaky-spring mini-trampolines, so I also recommend paying extra for a big elasticated one instead (like the Domyos Fittrampo900). This is fun workout and obviously gets easier the more you do it. I've watched it so many times that now I just turn the sound down and stick on some loud bouncy house music - just follow the visual cues. Enjoy!

Listen I’d like to think I’m in shape. Went to the gym everyday before quarantine and decided to get a mini trampoline after seeing this video to help stay in shape. So far I can only make it 25 mins but I’m slowly moving up from where I started at 20. Great workout! Really gets my heart rate going!!
