Create doubt around relisting with the same agent, create urgency around why it’s beneficial to act now, mirror and match the prospect. A lot of yes or now questions, ask more open ended questions and most importantly get the motivation.

Soon as she said she was relisting with another agent I would have told her "good luck and if things change let me know" then given her info. I think he's trying way too hard to steal the client away from the other realtor and if I was that realtor and found out I would be weary of ever working with him. Being a snake isn't a long term strategy.

I loved this video... Would love to see more videos with live examples of what's a GOOD LEAD versus someone who's STILL a PROSPECT.... even though she still plans to re-list the home in the near future. And what should be the game plan for Felipe on this prospect or others if they still want to keep chasing them?

Just passed the 8 minute mark you talk about how he's forcing the lead and she should not go into the database. My question is, would there be any value in having a database subcategory with people like this that you communicate with on a monthly or quarterly basis? Or do you truly believe that we should discard this email? Thanks love your stuff!
