How to use the no CPU USB BIOS flash or Qflash utility to update the BIOS on the Gigabyte X570i Aorus Pro WiFi. You will need a USB drive under 32GB and able to format it to FAT32. IF the drive is larger you can create a smaller partition on it here

If the drive is in the GPT format it still won't work, it need to be MBR, to do that watch this video

Thank you Mike, I do have one additional tip that is crucial, because otherwise the q flash plus method of bios update will not work.

If you have a high end motherboard, like a Gigabyte Tachyon, there is an off/on switch on the motherboard itself.

When you have turned on the psu, you must turn off the motherboard from the on/off switch on the motherboard. Once I did this step, then everything worked just as you outlined in your terrific video!

Turning on the psu turned on the motherboard, which must be turned off from the motherboard switch.

hey fellow bristolian, just building a new am5 gigabyte system with the aurus x670 aurus elite ax motherboard with amd 7900x3d, trying to find out if i have to rename this bios update file . Gigabyte does not give much help on the matter, i dont want to screw this system up before i even start so any help would be really appreciated . many thanks in advance
