I automatically started deep breathing when I started watching this! Regretting the thousands of cigarettes I smoked for years, and wondering how much damage I did to my lungs, and how much have they healed in the last 16 years since I quit. So glad I did.

In bed watchinh my nightly youtube fix. On oxygen 24/7 end stage copd. Squishing of lungs is very interesting from my perspective! I smoked. And the tv commercials did not lie, its a matter of life and breath!
