I had a hard time deciding if I should put Chara over omega flowey. But I decided to because she can reset the world and she is a a ghost so she is immortal. And the damage done at the end of the genocide route is probably enough to destroy anything except asriel.

1. Asriel(Striking Strength Multiverse level, far higher while using his real power)

2. Chara(she featless but can destroy undertale verse in end genocide)

3.Frisk(she beat Sans and Asgore)

4-5.Asgore(from the start, you can see he is not serious and probably only has 20% real ability because he can always forgive if the mercy button is not destroyed and he is the king of monsters that even Undyne has never defeated)

4-5.Sans(he made it harder for Frisk to fight Undyne even though he was LV20 at that time)

6.Undyne(she is weaker than frisk LV12 but makes frisk very hard to win)

7.Papyrus(he has good physical strength and can block 2 shots of Frisk LV8, at that time he killed a monster with 1 shot, recognized by Undyne but was underestimated because he was too good)

Chara should be #1 on this list, as Chara at level 20 is capable of destroying the entire world with just a knife attack. That is some eldritch abomination-level power, perhaps more. You mentioned Asriel in your comment; it is entirely likely that Chara would be strong enough to kill Asriel even in God of Hyperdeath form (as Asriel is still likely weakened from having no soul to begin with, having lost it when he turned into Flowey). if Chara is at level 20, especially if they have the other human souls assisting them (whether Chara convinced them or mentally dominated them into doing so, or perhaps by another method), I can see Asriel's death maybe not being 100% likely, but definitely a possibility.

Asgore isn't on the list, but should be #2, as he was powerful enough to kill the humans that fell into the Underground; and remember, humans are much stronger than monsters by default.

Sans seems appropriate, but not by pure numbers. He's only ever capable of doing 1 damage per attack, and has 1 HP and 1 Defense, which is even lower than that of a lowly Froggit. He fights creatively and with finesse to maximize his damage. Heck, you don't even get invulnerable frames after taking damage from any of his attacks, which is an ability no other monster has. Having him on the list period is a fine choice.

Frisk is appropriate, of course, but there's something else you might not have thought of; Frisk in the Pacifist run is very strong, despite staying at level 1 through the entirety of the run. Obviously, Frisk is a human, and like I said before, Frisk is stronger than most monsters by that token alone. But Frisk is very smart, wise, and charismatic for their age, able to use their brain, words, and non-violent actions to surpass challenges the other children who came before Frisk might have struggled with. Even if Frisk beats a monster senseless and robs it of the will to fight back without killing it (which I really wish there was a separate ending for, my so-called "Bully Pacifist" route), that's still subduing a threat rather than ending it completely, which still requires strategy beyond just senselessly attacking.

But that's the end of my essay, lmao. Just thought I'd add my two cents.
