My opinion: 1: Frisk 2: Asriel dreemurr 3:Chara 4: Undyne 5: Papyrus 6: Sans 7 Asgore Dreemurr 8: Mettaton 9: Toriel 10: Alphys

My ranking and opinion:
1. Asriel dreemurr: When he has the power equivalent to 7 human souls he is only defeated due to past memories
2. Chara: Quite literally erases and restores the timeline
3. Asgore we never see his true strength but it is high and he could absorb the human souls whenever he wants
4. Frisk: Oneshots almost anyone in geno, also determination
5. Sans: Can bend the game rules and has devastating attacks, can also move 0.7 inches to dodge your attacks
6. Undyne: Undying form is strong af, second hardest boss to sans
7. Flowey: Determination and omega/photoshop, what else?
8. Toriel: Holds back but should be pretty strong
9. Mettaton: Decently hard boss fight
10. Papyrus: Has some precise control over his magic
