honestly the only thing ink really has going for him is his durability, thats the only real reason other than him not having a soul as to why he can survive error's assaults

Actually neither Dream nor Nightmare nor Fresh are Sans. But obviously Fresh must be higher up, he is a parasite that cannot die and that Error and Ink himself are wary of him.
I would put like this
Counting Nightmare, Fresh and Dream although they are not Sans. And without counting the Sans that appeared as extras in the omega line because there are too many XD
8. Epic
Although his Old version was very powerful, the version that appears in Underverse seems more like the New version, which is not very powerful, being around the level of Cross. He proved to be on par with Killer, even thanks to X-Gaster's help he was able to stay on his feet after their fight while Killer was not. 2. Fatal Error
He has all of Error's powers, though he lacks experience. But thanks to his insanity and the fact that he can corrupt his code (which is the only factor that makes Error or Ink have real problems against him) it makes him in a sense even more dangerous than Error himself.
1. Ink and Error
Error is a glitch, he defeats hackers, he has experience fighting against gods and he can control any being by trapping it with his threads. He should be able to defeat Fatal Error with extreme difficulty if he wants to.
And Ink must fight against beings as powerful as Nightmare, Fresh, Fatal and Error, and his power source comes from the Creators, so being at his level is not a problem.
