The semi circle one gave me flashbacks to the GCSE circle question that everyone freaked over

Was quite good except for the U sub and Semi circle which made me lose time on the final question

It was a decent paper but the substitution took me so long which meant I couldn’t do back to radians question

That paper was good in my opinion. There was a few difficult questions such as the integration by sub and the semicircle. Otherwise i enjoyed it

Paper was goodd no parametric no vectors no implicit no trig proof alot of functions tbh there was a page on trig modelling LOVED IT also no exponentials alot of differential equations like the modelling ones but overall good paper js needed more time

easy paper compared to most past papers, slightly harder than 2023.

Only one (maybe two if you don't know how to integrate) difficult question.

Lots of possibilities for dumb mistakes through algebra etc. as usual

Notably:

Parametrics, logs, vectors, circles have NOT come up at all

I had a blunder, was looking at the time for history exam students which finished earlier so rushed the end only to find had some extra time, hope I didn't make any mistakes 🤞

Parametric and vectors didn’t come up. I thought it was a decent paper B grade.

There were no vectors, no trig proof, little differentiation, no parametric equation, partial fraction

imo the u substitution was not that weird? it was pretty standard there wasn't anything extra to it i thought.

It was a pretty good paper a few hard questions but overall pretty good

for the differential equation about the balloon, where part a was to identify the differential equation and part b was to separate variables and integrate to find it in a certain form, do I get any marks for error carried forward as I got the differential equation wrong (it was inversely proportional and I did 1/k (square root of h) rather that (k/square root of h) and I integrated it

overall paper was decent but they g checked us again with that circle question (hark back to the days of GCSE 2022) and some long integration question

lol semi circle one was our gcse one from 2022 except easier ahah I think paper was fine only hickup was on the integration one I managed to prove the integration and THEN FORGOT TO CHANGE THE DAMN LIMITS because I didn't read the question properly and then messed up the 2nd part cause of that too, everything was fine,
I Think next paper will definitely have trignometric equations, vectors and parametric equations

I do further maths asw. I found the paper quite nice and easy although I made some silly mistakes like the foxes rabbits questions and maybe a bit of some small little marks and the area which I couldnt finish off.
