I honestly think that this would be an accurate representation of the trauma experienced by these characters. Izzy and Eva do make sense here, as Izzy lost her boyfriend, as well as Noah, who was a member of the E-Scope group. Eva also makes sense because of the same reason, minus the relationship, like you said.
