The problem with 'mansplaining'

It was one of 2016's hottest buzzwords. But is calling someone a 'mansplainer' fair game, and should the word be banned from the feminist vocabulary?

I was literally in a meeting today and I suggested an idea and then a female nodded and repeated what I had just said and everyone clapped for her and said it was a good idea.

And ironically a lot of the femsplainers I work with think they are fempressed, That everything bad in their life or any failures of their own are the result of female oppression.
We were even asked to fill out feedback form on our female coworkers (By our female dominated matriarchal HR department), But after we did we were chastised for giving women criticism, Apparently the feedback form was only supposed to be filled with praise. And so all the men had to be booked into a cultish seminar where we had to admit our sin in the form of our "unconscious bias" against women.
Fucking nuts.

If someone says you are mansplaining, tell them you are offended that she's assuming your gender, because don't they also believe there are 100 genders?? The biggest issue with the word is it’s misused a lot. Women will flagrantly throw around the word once a man is talking to them. For it to be mansplaining it had to be because you’re a woman why he was being condescending.

Women throw around the word once they are being confronted with a difference of opinion. Had a woman said the exact same argument to them it wouldn’t be “splaining”, but suddenly a Y chromosome comes in and it’s now man splaining.
