Where did these facts and figures come from? 80% failure rate on Lamborghini Gallardo egear? I seriously doubt that. The egear was used in the car from 2004 until 2014. 80% failure rate is impossible.

Thanks for the warning about the Mustang. I haven't heard until now any complaints about its engine from any Mustang owners I've talked to. I do know however that if you're a conscientious owner and dutifully take it in for its regular scheduled maintenance, the dealership will be on top of any mechanical problems and you're likely to enjoy it beyond the life of its warranty.


In addition, novice sport car owners are notoriously negligent about "breaking it in properly" according to the manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations. Too often, new owners run the car too hard before it's broken in. With a great sports car like that, you can't afford to ignore proper care and maintenance.
