To be honest, ADHD can be disabling, depending on the severity of the disorder that the individual have.

This video is another attempt to make ADHD look good, when in reality it`s a disaster, a curse in the life of a LOT of people.

Yes, if the ADHD is not SEVERE, the person can manage her life and be fully happy, but if it`s SEVERE ADHD, the suffering and incapacities are just too much to handle.

Videos like this makes people think that ADHD is easy to manage.

I'm 47 and I was diagnosed after my son. ADHD is not a gift. It can be useful in some situations, but more than not, it's a challenge. Everyday.

Society needs creative solutions now and maybe always did we can think outside the box I have always thought the non ADHDers were kind of stiff in their thinking. The clue as to what you should be doing is in your hyper focus. A very positive video thanks a change from all the other stuff I have had to put up with all my life.

I shared this video with my daughter. My grandson has ADHD and is struggling at school. He also has auditory processing disorder. My daughter is trying to figure out the best way to help him and ease his feelings of frustration. She also has another son that has autism. I hope your videos bring her some comfort and understanding of how she can better help her sons be the best version of themselves. Thank you!

Been hearing your name pop up for months, and just now seem this video of you.
Surprised I had a similar life as a kid, wasn't till I was into my 40's that I have ADHD. Couldn't read above a 8 yo level till well into my 20's when I started to read books on facts and fiction, that I started to learn. Still to this day I have never read a novel.
I have this weird need and want to learn and understand anything new I come across, and move onto the next thing hahaha.

Kerwin, grateful for your mention of ADHD. I have experianced ADHD to have a mind structure that generates the “Big Picture flexible Solutions”. Most normal minds are to impatient to hear the larger “infinite” story that is able to create the flexible, multidimensional solutions. They only understand the linear “fixed” games. The“key” process involves [questioning], [connection / comparison / breakdown ].
With all the negative vibes from those who do not understand, it took may years to believe in yourself. Still working on my coherent voice.

Adhd is not a gift. Its a burden. Every. Bloody. Day. I fight to get things done. I fight my insecure thinking about my life. I fight to get through the day. Ive been just diagnosed at 42 with worsening adhd symptoms thanks to perimenopause. Yes, i now have a reason for the way i am. That doesn't make any difference in dealing with the symptoms though. Life with adhd is still a struggle

He was self aware at a very young age, yet failed in subject since someone told him he was stupid and also realized he wasn't stupid at 22. Doesn't sound like self awareness to me, correct me if I am wrong.

So much content on ADHD on the internet. So little on ADD.

Hmm this guy's advice is pretty cliche. Nothing groundbreaking.
