Proof of someone performing a "BRAKE CHECK' on a dash cam should be admissible in court as if they had purposely caused an accident or even a pile up even when "No contact was made". The "Act" needs to be handled as intent to cause harm and the victim able to collect compensation!

My Mom and I were going to my sister's college in NC. A few years ago and were having a problem on three lane road and the truckers put that person between 2trucks and a third came up and kept him there til we got past them. Just appreciated them.
