Walmart Loss prevention harassment

I bought personal care items from different Walmart's at different times on my side of town... I took a trip to an area north form where this Walmart is in north Richland hills Tx. Off Davis blvd. On my way back I thought I'd stop by to take care of my returns... because a Walmart is a Walmart.

I go in there to return the items to only get turn Down and banned for returning personal care items. I was harassed by this loss prevention man who's really a sad old woman at the end of this video... she said none of my receipts were originals which they clearly were.... so she said she wasn't going to do the returns.

So I said fine I'll just go back to my side of town... and the ignorant loss prevention man ahem sorry woman called the police on me without warning.... so I was banned for returning 4 personal care items that I had a original receipt for and payed for. The lady who is named Linda who is a co store manager also harassed me.. she is not featured in this video but the man at the end and Linda the store manager needs to lose both of their jobs and the man at the end should not be allowed to work for loss prevention again for any company.

This is not who you want working for you. Walmart if you see this video please get rid of him.... I mean her and Linda the co store manager. (Anyone who has a identity crisis should not be in loss prevention or fraud checks because she's technically a fraud herself posing as a MAN.) and I'm just being honest. Thank you Walmart for your failed efforts to protect your north Richland hills store by hiring a FRAUD, nice.......... lawsuit is probably in the works at this time......

Since when does loss prevention determine whether or not you're allowed to return items? I go to different stores all the time to purchase, exchange, and return. She was completely wrong.

She needs to be fired, Since when do you get banned for returning items with a receipt.. especially hygiene products That’s doesn’t even make sense. another reason I stop shopping at Walmart, They treat everyone like criminals.

Walmart theft prevention security are called (asset protection) AP’s. They are continuously watching and following customers. They walk around in civilian clothes looking for for people of color, and dressed a certain kind of way. One day the all the register was having issues, causing everyone to call for assistance to scan their products. The manager was called because the regular associates couldn’t figure out what was the problem. So the managers scan my items and I paid for them. When we was walking out the door one of the AP man with civilian clothes and no ID grab my friend arm and stop the buggy. We didn’t know who he was and we were so scared. He then checked my receipt to verify that all seven of our items were indeed on the receipt and paid for!!! He never apologize. He just said oh, I see the items and walked away.

There must be consequences for their misbehavior. Did the manager actually ban you nor did loss prevention take it upon themselves? Perhaps sending the video to Benton may result in people being held accountable for their actions.

I just went to jail because I wouldn't show them my receipt and left . I didn't steal nothing but they told police I did . I didn't have enough money for all that was in my cart so I pushed it over to an employee and said was gonna go get debit from husband . She started yelling . Its ridicules
