Elizabeth, re:inner journey
When I left my mind, opened the door & I entered into darkness. Looking up & around I saw a night sky with stars. I experienced no sounds, no stories just nothingness. It was liberating & freeing. My stories have been heavy to carry. When I left the space and picked up my mind I filled with gratitude…. I am not my body, I am not my mind.

Thank you here from Denmark 🤗💝🇩🇰🌈🌲🎄💐I felt that was empty and dark then it turned red and Calm ! I have loved Yogananda since I was 21 and in january 69 reread him again and again 💝❤️😍and lessons also
