I wish my local jewelers did these the way that you do them, in front of the customer, instead of taking them to some table behind the counter where I can't hardly see what's going on to do the test.

There is no benefit of buying earth mined diamonds anymore, the lab diamonds are identical. Just invest the difference in something useful.

Newly lab created diamonds cannot be tested with this old tech machine. A high quality recently created lab diamond with new technology are just about impossible to discern. Certainly won’t be with this old machine

For years we have been trained to look for color, clarity, cut, and carat weight. A lab diamond is close to perfect on all accounts for a reasonable price.



Spending 10X or more because it was made with tech vs a quirk of the planet is immaterial.

Lab grown will last the same as a earth grown, and look nicer, when comparing dollars to dollars.

Diamonds are so common and boring now.
I'd get a more unique gemstone to show how special the relationship means to me.

Please answer my question! Do lab grown diamonds fluoresce? I use a uv light to help identify diamonds I know not all do but wanted to know if natural diamonds were exclusive to fluoresce bc I know those ones do and should.
