Should I block my ex on Social Media?

I blocked my ex on social media. She left. it's her business. I’m not going to stalk her.

Is there a benefit to blocking her, besides not seeing what she’s up to?

Women can use social media to see how you’re doing.

Seeing your posts allows her to think:

“Oh, well, I'm doing better”
“How's he doing?”
“Oh, he's doing the same old thing, you know, I'm going off and doing something different.”
Etc.

She’s using your energy to kind of have some leverage in her own life.

Blocking her is like dropping the rope and leaving it in her hands.
