Let's keep this simple. If the breakup was disrespectful and they were not emotionally mature to have a conversation about the relationship, BLOCK & DELETE! Trust me if they want you, make them understand it will take some serious effort. They better show payments made to their therapist and 3 recommendations you can talk to about seeing a change in them. Leave these people to find their same people like them.

Here's my advice. Don't play her game. She's going behind your back and getting into a new relationship with someone else while she's talking and hanging out with you. She doesn't respect you, she doesn't respect her new partner and she doesn't respect herself. Block her and move on because you deserve better!

She tried to hurt me and push me away. I accepted it. I went no contact and blocked her on everything for around a month. Recently unblocked her not to reconnect but to reach a neutral place where I feel no malice towards her nor longing for her. She fucked up but thats her shit she has to deal with. She also works at the gym I go to at school now so it’s important when I get back Im not a dick. Ill be civil in passing. Im working on forgiveness and moving on. Am I open to reconnecting? I blocked him now. 10 yrs in a relationship. We became LDR for 8 months but still talking and did video call everyday. We also went for a vacation after 2 months we became LDR. We did not have a big fight or whatsoever. I admit, the last message i sent was not so nice but not so bad for him to leave me. He just stop talking and video calling me after that, i said sorry a lot of times. 1 week of ignoring me, finally i became tired, I blocked him now😢.
