We've just completed the 50th master class that I've done in New York City. Since 2002, I have been doing master classes regularly in New York City. I've been providing experiential training, which is my favorite training. Experiential training is about how to be a better therapist. It's not about content - it's about learning through experiencing. Our topic for this five minute video is gift wrapping. We've been talking about the meta-model. One of the things that is part of the meta model is that once you have a goal, then you need to think about how to present that goal. How can I take this goal and present it within some method? Techniques are important in psychotherapy. Gift wrapping is a technique of making ideas conceptually realized.

We are excited to share with you our new Youtube series which will explore topics such as Client Problems, Professional Issues, Clinical Concerns, and Methodology with new episodes every Friday!
