Who wouldn't want to save thousands of dollars on their next home purchase? As if buying a house isn't expensive enough. Now the Department of Justice has changed everything making it so that buyers need to pay their buyer agents fee.

The Purchase Power Plan is a way for serious home buyers to save thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars when buying a house. The program is not for everyone and works very similar to how an attorneys operate. You pay by the hour instead of an enormous lump sum at closing.

You just lost all credibility by suggesting there's ever a time that a buyer shouldn't get a home inspection. Even new construction (ESPECIALLY new construction these days with shoddy builders) needs a thorough home inspection to protect the purchaser.
This is disappointing.
