He got downgraded so hard in rdr2 and anyone who says it's development it most certainly is not

You don't get a good education out of nowhere 4 years later and a good sense of humor and become badass and intempinating

The bad father role makes sense for John in red dead 2 but he still could of been as badass but not as wise or smart like rdr1 John
