I personally would suggest that level 2.1 is more like an everyday person who works out to for reasonable amount to maintain a good base level. 2.2 I would consider more advanced than a base level.

So if you can’t do those requirements, what is the process to get to those. It tells you what to work on to get there but how. Is there a program designed to increase those core requirements slowly and safely when physically aren’t at those yet.
