Just hit more than what you did in the past, dont worry about standards for other people, progressively overload and be patient.

Solid work Rio. I’ve found the 6-8 rep range perfect for trap bar. 4-6 tends to feel heavy out of nowhere. 1 workout you smash 6 strong reps, the next you add 5 pounds and have grinded out 3 shit reps. I’m also a pretty slow twitch guy, so someone who’s more explosive may not have that issue. 8-10 is good but I usually can find myself getting 12-14 reps by the end, even though the first 8 are pretty difficult. 10-12 would be perfect as a 1 set to failure.

300 400 500 shouldn’t be the standard. I would say 2, 3, 4 is a good standard. 3, 4, 5 is definitely more into advanced for a natural. Then 4, 5, 6 is around the elite for most naturals and most won’t achieve that while keeping solid aesthetics

A 300lb bench is insanely difficult to achieve naturally unless u are built for it or are just on gear

Edit: tbh im not 100% certain on this as i couldve been misinformed but honestly fck all that man we can all hit 315, in striving to hit 185 and 225 by the end of 2024 and i hope u all hit ur goals too, i just wanted to stress how impressive 315 is!!
