INFP here:
That's extremely true- I'm really critical of myself and I always think I'm not good enough or what ever I do isnt good enough and then I work myself to burnout.
And then when I'm burnt out, I isolate myself and dont want to hang around other people or even talk to anyone lol
My best friend is currently doing her exams (shes one year younger) and I've already finished Highschool. And since shes the only friend I have, i dont want to bother her so ehh

As an INFP, this seems so true! Also, love that baby narwhal. (So cute)

She’s right, overthinking to make everything as perfect as possible is a boon and hindrance to us INFJs

The problem with being toxic is you can be toxic without knowing it or doing it intentionnaly 🤦🏻‍♂️, that's why it's important to check yourself from time to time to not be that horrible toxic person that you don't wanna be...

A little clarification on ISTP:

You mentioned our "optimism".
When it comes to conversing with others, we tend to be more optimistic, but with ourselves we lean to cynicism.

Omg I’m in love with this new style too! The new friends from animal kingdom are just so cute!!! I can’t stop smiling while watching this. Those big eyes and adorable expressions can really warm a person’s heart. I relate to some toxic traits from other types too. And thank you for providing solutions for each of them. This is such a colorful and creative concept. So lovely.

INFP here. I do schedule a social event once a week and have to socialize at work but sometimes, I feel wiped out and don’t want to do anything 😔 and am hard on myself. Good to have this reminder to stay positive.

As an INFJ I felt like you were talking directly to me lol. I only recently started the self-care thing after years of being a workaholic and striving for perfection. I'm still those things, but hearing you say that INFJ's need more self care was very validating. Thank you.

I used to be an INFP a few years back when I first got into the channel, recently I started feeling like I had more friends than I knew, and was more open than I once was, so I retook the test, now I'm an ENFP, it's cool to know that I didn't just have the illusion of change, although I consider myself on the border between the two still, depending on the type of day I get thrown at or thrown at me

My personality type is mediator. To make me more toxic and thereby ruin my relationship, a "friend" of mine would subtly say things to me that would make me more critical of myself and others. Just an FYI.

Our toxic trait as mediators: extreme introversion and isolation as well as depression, anxiety, and high expectations for realities that only truly exist in our imagination

infp here

what she said is on point, and ive been exhibiting isolation and self criticism way too much

im aware of what im doing and i know its not good, but somehow my thoughts always end up on me being in the wrong and that i should just stay away to avoid making others feel akward for the things i do
self isolation yay

i really dont like my personality type...its killing me inside....am i born with this type cuz i cant stop empathizing and understanding how other people feel, and i end up feeling like crap about everything

As an ISTP, I can relate to getting bored easily. Conversations, hobbies, etc. if it’s boring, I’ll do everything it my power to avoid it, even if it’s something important like homework. I also never get around to things like learning a new language or teaching myself to draw like I want to do cause I lose interest and motivation easily. I’m trying to break out if that mindset and get down to business, but it’s not easy when you’re a play now, work later type of person.

I’m ENTP and the tip was spot on. Over the past year I get in trouble for questioning my teachers belief a lot to the point that I got called by the principal. They lectured me a lot about “Being too proud” “Talking too much” “Arguing” and “Can’t take criticism”. The tip mentioned in the video is the one I use starting a few months ago, I have less talk backs with my parents and I try to shut up when my opinion isn’t welcomed. Which is very irritating the first few days but I’ve learned to just forget about my opinions that bring more harm than good.

As a campaigner this has been my fatal flaw many times. Most notable example being the narcissistic relationship I got out of, when I gambled for 8 years that she would change for the better.

I'm mostly INFP (I sometimes got INTP/INFJ though)
I like the advice, though making a list of things you like/love about yourself is really tough.
There might not be anything to write down, or only answers that you're doubtful of.
(I don't really trust MBTI as a concept. It has one extremely niche use for me, which comes down to understanding fictional characters / writing them)
