yeah... i've messed up both of my arms at some point. it was like 2 months into re-starting the gym. spent like 6 weeks of legs-only. every single day... and i mean EVERY. it was 7x1.5-2h a day just legs. then i had to go away for 2 days. on the 2nd day of offs, i woke up literally struggling to walk. it was not hard. it was hard to stay on the ground. walking was jumping. stairs were "flying lessons". leg days are SUPER efficient!

If have a physical job id prefer to do friday afternoon so not a cripple half the working week and have weekend to recover.

I do
Monday -push
Tuesday -pull
Wednesday -cardio calisthenics focused although i do those on every day anyway
Thursday -push
Friday -pull
And those will include push and pull movements for legs and compound lifts. Been working well for me and i dont miss leg day lol
