My kid is a runner. I am terrified. I don’t want put him on mood stabilizers 😢

I'm only a teachers aide, they aren't all going to stop their classrooms for this student

So I’m a 1:1 aide. It is MY responsibility to chase this little boy even when I know often times it’s attention seeking. I’m the lowest in hierarchy so no one is going to listen to me suggest “let’s have walkie talkies and notify each other”. My idea was I leave him we alert the teachers to always have an eye out. Now we have to think of antecedent modifications!

I'm afraid my kid will do that (run out of class). He is 3 years old. He will play inside the house and then stand up and run out of the house.
