I think that Mordred would have made a great son to Artoria if things were different. Even at her worst, she was more motivated by being hurt and not having a way to deal with it due to being y’know… mentally 8 due to being a homunculus.

Plus even with how Morgan raised her, Mo-san still turned out to be a decent person until everything went to hell in a hand basket.
